IMPORTANT!

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment to allow for necessary paperwork. If you are having testing done, please refrain from taking “anti-dizziness” medications, such as meclizine, antivert, valium, etc., 24 hours prior to your appointment. Bring a jacket or sweater as the room tends to get cold.
