Dear patient, during the COVID 19 pandemic the safety of each patient and staff member is our ultimate priority. 360 Balance and Dizziness is committed to providing quality patient care in a safe environment aligned with CDC recommendations. In order to best do this, we have implemented the following protocol of which all staff and patients are required to abide:

  • ALL staff and patients will be screened prior to entering the building including temperature scan and pulse oximetry reading. For your convenience, we will meet you at your car for the screening. Please call our office at 512-345-4664 and tell us the color and make of your car.

  • ALL staff and patients will be required to wear a face mask while in the clinic. The mask must cover the mouth AND nose.

  • ONLY PATIENTS are allowed into the clinic EXCEPT: minors accompanied by 1 legal guardian/family member OR a patient accompanied by 1 translator who will also abide by 360 Balance and Dizziness COVID 19 protocols. No exceptions.

  • Please note: It is very important to try to be on time for your appointment. Please call our office if you are early or running late. No one will be allowed to wait in the waiting room for their appointment time if early or late. Patients/drivers/friends/family members may sit in separated chairs in the main foyer of the building and there’s outside seating. Another waiting option is to wait in your vehicle until you are called into the clinic for your appointment.

  • ALL staff and patients will be screened prior to entering the clinic including temperature scan and pulse oximetry reading. We are aware of ALL COVID 19 related symptoms. Employees will not accept their work assignment if they are displaying symptoms and/or fail the daily temperature and pulse oximetry tests.
​
  • Screenings will be performed on each patient outside of our office prior to their appointment including a temperature scan and pulse oximetry reading. Patient appointments will be cancelled if they are experiencing COVID 19 related symptoms and/or if they fail the temperature and/or pulse oximetry tests. PLEASE ALLOW 10 MIN EXTRA TIME FOR SCREENING PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • Gloves will be worn by clinicians with any direct patient contact.
​
  • Treatments/testing will be performed in their entirety in individual, separate rooms to maintain social distancing with other patients and other providers. After your initial check in with our front office, your only contact will be with your assigned clinician.
​
  • Treatment/testing sessions will be staggered in order to reduce patient contact at our screening station, hallways, and our reception area.
​
  • There will be 15 minutes allotted between each patient in order to ensure thorough proper handwashing and adequate cleaning of all equipment and surfaces with CDC approved cleaning agents.
​
  • Telehealth visits and E-visits are offered as an alternative for physical therapy appointments. Diagnostic testing is unavailable for telehealth.​
​
